As a charity that receives no government funding, the RNLI relies on passionate and dedicated volunteers to fulfil many types of opportunities in line with the RNLI’s changing needs.
The Occupational Health team are a small but very busy team who support the organisation to protect and enhance the health & welfare of all staff and volunteers within the RNLI. The team are responsible for a range of tasks including medical reviews, health surveillance and management referrals to ensure volunteers and staff remain fit for their roles.
With the organisation growing and the demands of Occupational Health increasing, they are looking for a motivated individual to support the team with general administration tasks. This will enable the team to ensure smooth day to day running of the office. Good attention to detail and IT skills, specifically Microsoft Excel, would be required from the successful candidate. Previous experience dealing with paper files is desirable but not a necessity.
You will be supported by the Occupational Health Office Supervisor and role specific training will be provided to enable you to carry out assigned tasks upon your commencement.
