Children’s charity, Mentor Link provides long-term one-to-one social and emotional support to vulnerable and distressed children in the West Midlands.
Mentor Link professionally recruit and train volunteer mentors to listen to and support children and young people facing difficulties such as illness, low self-esteem, bereavement, family breakdown, self-harm and relationships. Its aim is to create a more positive attitude towards themselves and their learning. The well-being of these young people forms the focus of the charity’s work.
