A Professional Body based near old street tube station is seeking an experienced Volunteer Liaison Administrator to work alongside their Office Manager in delivering support to volunteering committee Chairs centered around regular meetings.
Main duties for the Volunteer Liaison Administrator:
Taking minutes and preparing agendas.
Reporting/coordinating budget and finance.
To provide administrative support and coordination.
Meeting coordination and processing correspondence.
Setup teleconferences and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
Essential criteria for the Volunteer Liaison Administrator:
Experience in providing admin support to committees.
Knowledge of budgets and finance.
Experience of organising meetings, minute taking and compiling agendas.
High level of attention to detail and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A background in membership is desirable.
