Job Description - EXPIRED

Do you like baking?  Have you got friends who enjoy it too?  Would you like to do something to help saving lives at sea?

The RNLI has a network of local fundraising branches organising a wide range of activities and events which last year raised £14 million to save lives at sea.  Becoming part of your local fundraising branch could offer you an opportunity to improve your CV, meet new people, learn new skills or just have fun with fundraising in your community.

We are looking for volunteers to bake cakes, biscuits, scones and other delicious treats or to supply products that can be used or sold at local events.

Do you have the right ingredients to become a volunteer cake baker in your local community and really make a difference by raising vital funds for our volunteer crew members and lifeguards?

This is a volunteer opportunity within the RNLI.  RNLI volunteers are people who, unpaid and of their own free will, contribute their time, energy and skills to support the purposes of the RNLI.  RNLI volunteers may perform a variety of tasks and duties, under direction and guidance, using their skills, knowledge and time to help the RNLI best achieve its objectives.

We respect and honour our volunteers by building trust and understanding.  Such a partnership is not intended to be a legally binding contract or to have mutuality of obligation, but instead express a voluntary two-way commitment where everyone gains satisfaction from being part of our organisation.

For more information or to apply for the role, please visit https://volunteering.rnli.org/vacancy/volunteer-cake-baker-amble-northumberland-297041.html

We value diversity at TPP and welcome applications from all sections of the community.
