Crossroads Care South East London are a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee. We are a network partner of Carers Trust although independent with our own Board of Trustee Directors.
The aims of the organisation are to support people with care needs and their carers in their home or on outside activities. We provide a diverse range of support services for children, young people, adults and older people across the Boroughs of Bexley, Greenwich and Lewisham.
Give a little time ….. It only takes a few hours per month to make a huge difference to an older person’s life. We have exciting opportunities for befrienders to be part of our successful volunteering project across the London Boroughs of Bexley, Greenwich and Lewisham.
Befrienders are people from all walks of life. By sharing a few hours per week of your time, life experiences, skills and interests with an older person you really can make a difference in their life.
Everyone has something to give. With a genuine interest in older people and the motivation to provide support, you will learn what a truly rewarding experience volunteer befriending can be.
We will train you, match you with an older person and support you every step of the way.
