A renowned conservation charity with a devotion to the worldwide preservation of animals and their habitats are looking for a Training and Organisational Development Manager to spearhead the design and delivery of development programmes from their Central London offices.
You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Training and Organisational Development to develop annual training plans and a long term training and development strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of training needs evaluation within the organisation whilst measuring the impact of existing programmes.
Once in post, you’ll also contribute to the introduction of their newly formed apprenticeships programme.
The candidate will need to have extensive experience of designing and delivering effective management development programmes to be successful in this role. You’ll ideally hold a Training and Coaching qualification and have knowledge of what constitutes best practice in training and development.
It’s imperative you’ll be sociable, communicative individual who has the ability to motivate colleagues.
