A world leading institute are currently recruiting for a Training and Education Operations Manager to take responsibility for the management and delivery of a global training and education programme in over 100 countries for members.
As someone who has worked in a professional body environment previously and has experience in managing a similar programme you will be able to negotiate, communicate and manage diverse global teams.
Using your successful operational management track record, and initiative and business acumen you will manage a team of 2 as well as a network of training partners and trainers who run the courses. This role will include developing new partnerships, managing existing relationships, managing the delivery of the examination programme, developing training materials, working internally with the marketing and communications team as well as Head o Communities to offer and promote relevant products and services as well as managing contracts and budgets.
There will be requirements to travel in this role both internationally and within the UK and you must also be confident to deliver at events when required.
This is an exciting role for someone who wants to progress quickly career wise, or someone senior who wishes to take on a role closer to home with a work/life balance as this role will be reporting into the Executive Director by the end of the year and progress to sit on the executive team, timescales for this will be dependent on the successful candidate's experience.
