Our client is looking for a well organised and self-motivated candidate to co-ordinate their external training programme.
On any given week you can expect to be involved in the following duties including the management of the online booking system, acting as first point of contact for all enquiries, set-up of the training rooms and greeting delegates on arrival.
You will also be responsible for the booking of external venues including equipment requirements and logistics and liaising with trainers on specific requirements (handouts, workbooks etc) for each course.
Our client will also offer training on the job, to enable you to monitor and compile information and statistics relating to delegate numbers, and provide monthly reports to their Head of Training.
If you have a keen eye for detail, you will be able to monitor fully booked courses and manage waiting lists and ensure their website is up to date, regarding courses that are fully booked.
Our client is focused on maintaining the highest standards and you can contribute to this goal by creating reports on delegate feedback after each course.
