Temporary Charity PA/Senior Administrator

Our client a large and well established voluntary organisation are seeking an experienced temporary PA/Senior Administrator for a period of 4 months to start ASAP.

The main purpose of the post is to support the Governance Team with diary management and meeting coordination across the board, its Chair's Team and Committees. We are looking for a highly organized individual, who is experienced in managing electronic diaries and organizing meetings for a busy CEO and senior team across several time zones. Flexibility and ability to work to tight deadlines are essential.

Main tasks
Co-ordination of high level meetings across time zones (mainly virtual)
Complex diary management for a number of senior positions including CEO and Chair of the Board across several time zones
Formatting and compiling reports and meeting documents
Making travel arrangements

Ability to work pro-actively
Excellent IT (advanced) skills including Excel and Outlook, conference call technology
Strong inter-personal and communication skills and ability to relate to people across many cultures, international experience an asset
Meticulously organized with impeccable attention to detail
Flexible and resilient
