TPP's client, a national children's charity are looking to recruit a Team Manager for one of their Children's Homes in North East London.
Our client is a well-established charity who has been operational for over 100 years. They are dedicated to changing the lives of vulnerable and hard to reach children and young people.
The Team Manager job calls for an experienced Children's Home Manager who has a track record of managing a large staff team (up to 10) and develop new and existing working relationships internally and externally. The role will be responsible for the overall management and development of the home and raising awareness of the client and the work they do.
Our client is seeking an experienced manager with excellent interpersonal skills; key strengths in management procedures, staff supervision, implementation of new policies (where required) and who can act as an ambassador for the service and the children and young people who use the service.
To be considered for this role you will need to hold an NVQ level 4 in Health and Social Care or Social Work qualification and NVQ level 4 or Diploma level 5 in Leadership and Management. You will also need to have a track record of managing a children's home and be able to evidence a record of good working practice and working constructively with partner agencies.
