About the Organisation:
TPP’s client is a leading homelessness charity in London who provide supported housing for homeless customers with complex needs. They provide solutions to homelessness through shelter, support and advice to over 1500 each year across four London boroughs. This particular service is located just minutes’ walk from a Zone 1 tube station, and provides support for single homeless young people from 16 years of age with a range of support needs.
About the role:
Entering a period of expansion, you will be expected to line manage and motivate a designated number of Support Workers as well as holding a complex needs caseload, and assisting the Team Manager to manage the project on a day to day basis. Where every day is not the same, managing the day to day pressures of a busy hostel environment whilst dealing with unforeseen incidents will be a key element in your role.
Our client will help you achieve your objectives with the support of the Team Manager and other colleagues to help you develop into your new role.
