TPP's client a leading national children's services charity are seeking a temporary Team Manager to manage their pilot domestic violence intervention service in South East London.

The service is a Domestic Violence Early Intervention Service. This is a 12 month pilot project based in part in GPs surgeries in South London, the local community and other central locations.

The purpose of the job is to mobilise and lead a small team in delivering the South East London early intervention service.

Key responsibilities of the role are to ensure service objectives for the team are achieved within statutory/ agreed standards and guidelines. The successful candidate will work with the Children's Service Manager to manage the budget, manage deploy and develop all team resources and develop policy/ good practice.

To be considered for this role you will need to be a qualified social worker or have exceptional managerial experience within the Domestic Violence sector. Demonstrable staff management experience and the ability to manage a small case load in addition to team leadership responsibilities.

This is initially a temporary role due to the project being a pilot scheme with funding up until June 2015. The post is 30 hours per week.
