Team Administrator - Temporary 2-3 months

Do you have an administrative background in the Not for Profit sector; and available to work ASAP?

I am currently representing a voluntary charity who are seeking an administrator on a temporary basis to support the evaluation team; this role will be starting on 4th July and likely to last 2-3 months.
You will work as the first point of contact for enquiries, coordinate events, meetings and diaries as well as maintain accurate date.

Overview of duties:

1. Administer training courses and other events, including booking venues
2. Deal with enquiries for team
3. Invoicing and income/expenditure monitoring for both training and consultancy work, including monitoring bad debt
4. Market and coordinate training programmes
5. Manage training contracts
6. Regular maintenance and updating of our database
7. Monitor consultancy enquiries and consultancy inbox
8. Discreet projects as necessary

Experience:

Solid administrative experience
Managing/leading on training and/or event administration including logistics
Invoicing and monitoring income and expenditure
Communicating in a wide range of formats for a range of audiences
Producing independent written work including correspondence and short draft papers and maintaining and developing content for a website
