This leading community development charity is seeking a part time team administrator to support on the organisation's programmes.

Salary is £20,000 so £10,000 once pro rata'd
When the hours are worked is flexible, although ideally including Tuesday and Thursday.

You'll provide a high level of customer service, acting as a first point of contact for internal and external queries, whilst providing administrative support. Please note this is a fixed term position until March 2016.

Main duties for the Team Administrator:
*Implement and deliver administrative support
*Respond to queries relating to programme events and training
*Undertake desk based research as required
*Manager delegate bookings for events and training
*Provide Data reports to internal and external stakeholders

Essential criteria for the Team Administrator:
*Experience of working in a programme environment or equivalent
*Knowledge and experience of working with community groups and/or local communities
*Excellent administration and computer skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Well organised
