This large Not for Profit organisation, are recruiting an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to elevate a great recruitment function to an exceptional market-leader. You’ll work alongside the recruitment team and HR Shared Services Manager to support and steer a redefined recruitment strategy, designed to attract and select the best possible talent.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in the delivery of a re-focused recruitment function, having improved and simplified both recruitment processes and systems. This role would suit a commercially focussed candidate, who would be keen to impact an already excellent recruitment team.
This is a 12 month FTC contract and would be perfect for a Talent Acquisition professional with experience in rolling out a similar project.
Main responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Partner include:
Evaluate current recruitment function, working with the HR Services Manager to enhance and transform existing practice
Review employer branding and existing applicant tracking system, making recommendations on functionality of recruitment technology where necessary
Develop and implement talent acquisition project to build a future talent pipeline
Review agency partnership working
Work with line managers to coach up and skill in better sourcing solutions
Essential criteria for the Talent Acquisition Partner include:
Technical knowledge to transform existing processes and systems using innovative thinking and practice
Recent experience at Manager/Head of level in the area of talent acquisition
Experience evaluating recruitment technology and making recommendations on improving functionality
Recently delivered a similar project to transform an in-house recruitment function
