We have an exciting opportunity for a Supporter Services professional looking to take their next step.
Our client is a leading Health charity, based in the city, they are recruiting a Supporter Engagement Manager to lead a team of seven supporter care staff.
You will be responsible for ensuring supporters receive a five star experience and manage operations delivered both in-house and through external agencies.
The wider charity has been through a substantial period of change following a merger, so we're keen to attract candidates with the ability to create and maintain new systems and processes, to ensure that all supporters receive the highest standard of customer care.
The role offers both autonomy, support and a very real opportunity to implement your vision of best practice to make the team your own.
You will lead, coach and motivate your team to respond to queries, batch, thank and bank information in the most effective way, as well as supporting the wider fundraising strategy and objectives.
