Our client is a fantastic recognised mental health charity who are going through an exciting time of change and growth. They currently have an attractive opportunity for a brand new post as a Strategic Development Manager. This is a permanent role based in central London with an attached benefits package.
Key responsibilities for this Strategic Development Manager:
Develop and assure relationships with external partners, potential partners and charitable organisations.
Support the vision to enable, support and encourage partners.
Realise income generation targets through the programme.
Manage risk and development agreements.
Work cross departementally in providing operational support on delivery.
Provide support with business planning, budgeting and forcasting.
Line management and team direction.
Essential criteria for this Strategic Development Manager:
Proven track record of development on a new programme.
Demonstrable delivery of strategic development.
Commercial engagement experience.
Good understanding of community capacity building.
New relationship building experience and proven results in achieving targets.
Line management experience.
Desirable: contract/franchise/partnership agreement management experience.
