Crohn’s and Colitis and TPP recruitment are excited to be working in exclusive partnership to recruit for a Stewardship Manager. Crohn’s and Colitis UK are a vibrant and compassionate charity dedicated to improving the lives of people affected by Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis the two main forms of Inflammatory Bowel Disease . This is achieved through support, services and broad range of activities with the aim of finding a cure one day. This is of particular important to over 300,000 people affected by the disease in the UK, half of those diagnosed each year under age of 29.

The Role

This is an exciting time to join Crohn’s and Colitis UK as the new Stewardship Manager and develop the charities relationship with high value supporters.  The role will involve implementing the organisations high value fundraising strategy and leading on all initial approaches to potential donors.  You will identifying new potential high value supporters and manage tailored, high quality cultivation plans and stewardship plans for donors.  Additionally, you will develop a programme of high profile events that enable the charity to effectively engage potential and new supporters.  

Person Specification

You will have significant experience building relationships with senior stakeholders, preferably within the charity sector. Naturally, you will be a tenacious, ambitious, and resilient individual, driven to maximise the income opportunities across the charity. You will also have experience of using a database such as Raiser Edge or ALMS.net etc. Finally, you will have some experience in organising events.
