TPP's client is a fantastic national charity who support the families of children with serious health conditions, so they are in a better position to support their children whilst they undergo treatment. The charity has a fantastic calendar of special events, and they are seeking a new Special Events Manager to manage the programme. The Special Events Manager will be responsible for running the three existing events, totalling £200,000, and increasing on revenue, guest numbers and calibre of guests (working with the corporate and major donor teams for leads), as well as researching and introducing new cultivation events to the calendar.
We are looking for a strong special events fundraiser, who has the experience of one or two Officer/Executive level jobs and is looking for a step up into Management, or someone who is already a Manager looking to transfer skills to a new programme. You will be highly organised and an excellent communicator. You will be ideas focused and ready to make improvements and changes to the existing calendar.
