TPP Not for Profit are currently working with several charities throughout the London Boroughs and surrounding counties who are focusing on re-engaging challenging young people who at NEET or at risk of becoming NEET by developing programmes around vocational courses, functional skills and employability courses.

Due to these programmes still being developed fully, they are currently looking for sessional tutors, but there may be opportunities for extended contracts, full time and even permanent work once cohorts are more established.

Functional skills are one of the key areas that they are looking to develop, covering ICT as well as numeracy and literacy from entry level upwards.

Group sizes will range from 8-20 students, depending on the programme and will consist mainly of 16- 24year olds.

Although PTTLs (or similar) is desired, it is not essential so long as you have experience of working in similar settings.

Pay rates are from £8ph- £14.90ph depending on the programme and your experience.
