TPP Recruitment are working with a national provider of health and social care to recruit a Service Manager to oversee their supported living sites in Dumfries and Galloway.
As Service Manager you will be responsible for managing multi-site teams in a supported living setting which provides 24/7 care and support to service users with learning disabilities, mental health needs and associated sensory and physical disabilities. You will be required to provide, manage and coordinate support for the service users based on their individual needs.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Leading or managing within a care and support environment
Working within a multidisciplinary team
Formulating care plans
NVQ4/SVQ4 in Management in Care (or willingness to work towards)
NVQ3/SVQ3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (or willingness to work towards)
Understanding of Care Standards, Domiciliary Care Regulations and other relevant legislation.
