TPP's client; a leading organisation that offers specialist care and support to adults with a range of physical and learning disabilities are currently recruiting for a Service Manager Community Services for their services in North London.
Initially this is a full time on going temporary role - 36 hours a week Monday to Friday.
Our client enables people to live their lives as they wish giving them the support they need to become as independent as possible, they are proud to involve service users and their carers in all they do.
You will be responsible for the Operational Lead of the Community Services - 2 Day Centres and 5 Supported Living Schemes.
Your key duties will be; Promoting the Rights of People with Disabilities, Budget Management, Performance Management, Risk Management and Working in Partnership with stakeholders and relevant professionals.
To be considered for the Service Manager Community Services role you will need:
* Current or recent CQC registration
* A proven track record of managing services for adults with learning or physical disabilities
* Budget management experience
* Strong management and leadership skills
