This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Team Administrator to join a high profile and prestigious museum based in Central London on a temporary basis.
You will provide first class administrative and organisational support to the Development Operations team. With high accuracy and attention to detail, you will be expected to implement and maintain efficient administrative procedures, maintain accurate paper and electronic record keeping systems for the team, create formal reports and presentations for senior meetings; carrying out background research and presenting findings in a confident and coherent way, maintain accurate details for key external contacts, using the Raisers Edge database, collate information, conduct research and produce reports,
raise purchase orders and update the Development Operations team’s expenditure records. You will also support the Head of Operations Development, including diary management, inbox management and some minute taking. You will also have the opportunity to attend development and museum events as an ambassador for the museum.
You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work with accuracy in a fast paced environment. Ideally you will have experience with Raiser’s Edge database, although confidence and proven experience with other fundraising CRM databases would be suitable. You ideally will have a museum background although this is not essential and a background the Arts and Culture sector would be considered.
