An established regulatory body is seeking a Senior Registration Operations Officer to support day to day management of projects related to the registration of health professionals, as well as the maintenance of the professional's registers.

Main duties for the Senior Registration Operations Officer: 

  • Carry out operational duties around projects related to continuing professional development (CPD) and indemnity
  • Identify, develop and implement registration monitoring systems and processes
  • Manage budget requirements for projects, utilising for example database reporting
  • Work in conjunction with the legal department to review the application of existing legislation 
  • Manage the administration of professional customer service system

Essential criteria for the Senior Registration Operations Officer:

  • Experience working in an information collection department or similar environment
  • Previous project related experience
  • Experience delivering operational programmes
  • Basic knowledge of the regulatory function
  • Proven ability to make informed decisions using legislation or similar guidance
  • Strong team working skills with the ability to work independently
