A well-established NFP organisation is seeking an experienced and organised Senior Project Coordinator to join their team.
The successful candidate will manage budgets, produce reports and run procurement and grant operations for the team.
Main duties for the Senior Project Coordinator:
To develop, improve and manage processes within team to ensure things are running smoothly
To take responsibility for the teams financial reporting- keeping track of expenditure
Running the teams procurement and grant operations
Coordinating committee attending meetings and taking minutes
keeping track of projects
Creating visual tools like project trackers, wall charts etc.
Liaising with communications teams to get events published
Essential criteria for the Senior Project Coordinator:
Extensive experience of supporting projects/ programmes
financial reporting experience
excellent communication, writing and MS office skills
Ability to work within a busy time pressured environment
