TPP are currently looking to recruit for a Senior Practice Development Associate for a leading charity. This is a part-time permanent position for 3 days a week paying £40-45k pro rata, based in Central London.
The Senior Practice Development Associate is responsible for development and delivery of range of practice development projects. This will include creating learning materials and programmes for front line practitioners.
Develop innovative, sustainable learning and practice development/training programmes and other resources, drawing on research evidence, for practitioners.
Develop resources for couples and families that focus on enhancing relationship quality
Project development and leadership
Management of programmes and budgets
Collaboration with research team and project evaluation
Reporting and dissemination of findings
Contribute to development and crafting of funding bids for range of potential funders.
You will be a skilled practitioner and educationalist with an understanding of and commitment to innovation in learning methods; with the knowledge and ability to develop practitioner skills, create learning materials and programmes of development and support their application in a practice environment. You will have strong project management skills and be capable of delivering collaborative projects to time and budget while maintaining stakeholder commitment.
Graduate/ post-graduate qualification in health, social science, or related discipline
PGCE qualification or equivalent educational qualification
Experience of successfully developing practitioner skills and supporting their application in a practice environment
First-hand experience as a practitioner working with couples and families, or in teaching, learning or developing practice
Experience of successfully developing practice development programmes including creating innovative learning/training material and other practice development content for use in face-to-face and online learning environments drawing on research evidence and reflecting changing practice environments.
Experience in presenting at conferences, seminars and national policy forums
