The Organisation

A much-loved children’s charity based in London is seeking a Senior Philanthropy Manager (Individual Major Giving).

The Role

This is an exciting time to join a highly respected and well known charity within a vibrant and busy fundraising department.  This is a successful team with a high level of supporters with huge potential to maximise individual major donors. You will spend half your time leading the Major Giving Individuals team which has a target of £1.5 million. The remaining time will be spent on managing high value prospects which will include high net worth individuals.

Person Specification

You may come from a commercial or charity background with a proven track record in developing income. You will have exceptional leaderships skills and are able to inspire others within a team working environment. You will be able think strategically and contribute to new ways of increasing income from individuals. Finally, you will be able to manage budgets and work towards to target.
