An established health charity are seeking a Senior Innovation Manager to join their fundraising team for a fixed term contract of 12 months, the successful candidate will have experience within innovation and product design.
Main duties for the Senior Innovation Manager:
Lead development of new fundraising product pipeline
Contribute and lead on some aspects of strategy, process, planning and implement
Input into the development, use and evaluation of new innovation techniques
Developing and creating new scale able fundraising products
Ability to deliver ideas into propositions and plans
Strong awareness of and the ability to use innovation techniques and consumer insight
Ability to work with a 5-year plan and envisage future scenarios
Essential criteria for the Senior Innovation Manager:
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Extensive experience of product development from conception to delivery in the commercial or charity sector
Experience of leading and delivering innovation/product development project and processes
Experience of leading complex multi stakeholder projects
Excellent facilitation and influencing skills
Excellent relationship building skills
