A well-established disability charity is seeking a Senior HR Officer to join their newly structured team.
The successful candidate will have generalist HR experience and will work closely with the Head and Director of HR to roll out HR strategy.
Main duties for the Senior HR Officer:
To build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
To advise line managers and coordinate recruitment activities
To work with managers to conduct inductions and exit interviews
To provide managers with employee relations advice
To work alongside Head of HR on case management
Assist with change management
Responsible for checking and inputting payroll information
Support with the development of learning and development
To support the Head of HR with any training needs
Essential criteria for the Senior HR Officer:
Qualified or working towards CIPD qualification
Previous experience of providing excellent HR generalist service to customers
Ability to multi task
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to present to an audience
