We are currently working with a leading human rights charity who are seeking an experienced fundraising project co-ordinator to support the management of multiple projects within thefundraising fundamentals that enhance the quality and efficiency of the charities fundraising programme.

The "fundraising fundamentals" are areas of strategic importance that underpin their fundraising strategy and are pivotal to achieving their growth ambitions.
Projects include:
- Developing a clear and compelling fundraising proposition
- Creatively developing supporter journeys for all key supporter types and routes in to supporting the charity
- Refining and clarifying fundraising processes that enable the department to work efficiently and protect our investment
- Developing and implementing their response (policy, process and practice) to the changing environment for individual giving, reviewing the ethical considerations and opportunities (including the
benefits and costs of being a sector leader in this regard), as well as the emerging regulatory changes regarding their fundraising contact with individuals

You will develop strong and productive working relationships with members of the Fundraising Department and with project group members. You will facilitate integrated, cross-organisational work where this will enhance the scoping or management of any strategic fundraising projects as well as manage the relationship with any suppliers engaged in the design or delivery of managed fundraising projects.

In order to be considered for this role you must have the following:

  • Experience of managing significant and ideally multiple projects, ideally within individual giving or another fundraising discipline.
  • Experience of leading or playing a key role on cross-functional project groups.
  • Experience of managing expenditure.
  • Experience of individual giving and an understanding of the key performance metrics related to supporter acquisition, retention and development.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter, able to plan and manage own workload; proactive in bringing solutions and recommendations
  • Energetic, positive, tenacious. Able to enthuse and motivate others.


  • Experience of designing or implementing supporter journeys as part of an individual giving programme.
  • Qualification Project management qualification and / or training
