A dynamic NFP organisation are seeking a Senior Events Coordinator to work alongside their Events Manager, you will have extensive experience of managing events and will be able to travel around once a month including 1 international visit.
Main duties for the Senior Events Coordinator:
Coordinate a large number of seminars and conferences
Create detailed event plans
Work with external agencies
Source venues and negotiating prices for national and international events
Deputising for the Events manager when required
Essential criteria for the Senior Events Coordinator:
Extensive events experience ideally within conferences and seminars
Ability to multi task and coordinate a large number of events
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Proactive and polished attitude
Ability to travel regularly including international travel
Excellent attention to detail
