Senior Evaluation Officer

£190 - £220 PAYE per day

Bermondsey

Temporary - 4 months + strong possibility of extension

Reporting to Senior Advisor, organisational learning and evaluation

This international development charity is looking for a Senior Evaluation Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.

Day to day duties:
*Work with colleagues on all major global funding opportunity
*Develop robust theories of change and logical frameworks, including indicators and targets, and monitoring plans
*Contribute to reporting on all funding agreements
*Guide oversees grant management of all restricted funded projects
*Lead in key donor initiatives related to the organisational learning and evaluation
*Develop and maintain strong working relationships with staff in resource mobilisation and the programme team
*Assist in the production of the charities annual performance report
*Build and maintain good relationships with all member of staff

Person specification:
*Line management of two posts
*Supervise interns as required
*Responsible for budgets for external evaluation commissions
*A postgraduate, to at least Masters level in economics/health economics, international development or social sciences
*Experience of liaising and reporting to donors
*Experience of managing large international projects
