A well-established charity based in London are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to manage their pension’s administration.

Main duties for the Senior Administrator:
Process pension scheme documentation
Monitor and maintain pension records
Manually entering data into the database
Sending out communications to new members of the scheme
Send out annual correspondence to members
Management of excel
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to build and develop relationships

Essential criteria for the Senior Administrator:
Advanced excel skills including: V Lookups, data manipulation, writing complex formulas and pivots
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to liaise and advise senior managers
Excellent attention to detail
