Our client is a well-established national charity and they are recruiting an experienced Administrator to support their dynamic sales team.
This is a Part-Time post - 20 per week - which you can choose to work over 4 or 5 days.
Within this busy and varied role, you will be first point of contact for incoming enquiries from customers and other key external stakeholders, both over the phone and via email.
It is therefore important that you have excellent communication skills with the ability to provide a high level of customer care.
You will also provide a wide variety of administrative tasks, using both SAP (Finance/Invoicing) and Salesforce (customer database).
Although experience on these systems is not essential, as training can be provided, you will need the aptitude to pick up new processes and systems easily.
This role is best suited to candidates who are self-motivated, well organised and have a strong team work ethic.
