Registered Manager - Leeds - Up to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
TPP Recruitment are working with a national provider of health and social care to recruit a Home Manager to lead their registered care homes in Leeds.
As the registered manager, you will be developing your staff team across two homes to ensure that residents receive truly person-centred care, enabling them to reach their full potential. Working as part of a wider team of home managers reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be tasked with ensuring the highest standards are care and support are made available to your residents.
In addition to your people management skills, you will have an excellent working knowledge of Care Standards and other regulations related to the service. You will also take the lead on commercial issues and budgeting, to guarantee the continued financial viability of the services.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Registered Managers Award
NVQ4/SVQ4 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
Experience in Care Management (preferably within a learning disabilities service)
