They seek a motivational, positive leader as their new Regional Manager to lead their London and South teams.
About the role
The Regional Manager role is varied and challenging; you will be responsible for the overall operations of the London and South team and spend time developing and mentoring the Service Managers in order for them to lead their individual teams. You will report directly into the Deputy CEO and work collaboratively with the organisations other regional managers to ensure consistency of service delivery across the country. As part of this job, you will have the chance to influence key decisions across the charity ensuring that any changes or new ideas have a direct positive impact on the service users and the charity as a whole.
This is a very autonomous role where you will be given the freedom to steer and manage your teams, using the array of skills and experience you join VoiceAbility with, ensuring that you operate within the charities policy and practice framework.
So, what experience will you need to have for VoiceAbility to consider you for this exciting role?
As you will be leading and responsible for the London and South teams; you will need to have a strong background in multi service management, including experience of managing and mentoring managers. A background delivering services to vulnerable people in a Health or Social Care setting is also essential for this role. You will demonstrate that you are a strong operational leader with good commercial acumen and knowledge of contract mobilisation. As you will be the face of the London and South team, an exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally is required, along with the ability to manage and control a significant operational budget.
