The Regional Fundraising Manager will cover the South Wales and West area and will develop, implement and manage a multi-disciplinary community fundraising strategy, including community, events and local corporate and major donor support. The post holder will also recruit, support and grow a strong network of fundraising volunteers who can represent the charity.
The charity has recently had huge success with a government bid and because of this, they are growing their nation-wide services, giving the Regional Fundraising Manager lots of new exciting projects to promote in their area.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with following experience;
*Significant experience in multi-disciplinary community fundraising income streams
*Experienced in recruitment and support of fundraising volunteers
*Experienced in working with prospecting income pipelines - income/expenditure budgets
*Excellent communication skills
*Self-motivated and pro-active approach
*Experienced approach to networking
*Adequate space to work from home
This role is Home Based in South Wales or Bristol area.
You'll need to be willing to stay away from home overnight to meet business need (average currently 15 nights per year.)
