This International Education provider is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to provide end-to-end management of the recruitment process to cover a period of maternity leave.
Due to the small team you will be working within, it is essential you are willing to role your sleeves up and assist in ad-hoc HR Administrative duties.
The successful candidate will have proven experience providing support to management with the recruitment and selection process.
Main responsibilities for the Recruitment Manager include:
*Undertake a comprehensive job analysis, ensuring the advert, and job description reflect the key responsibilities of the role
*Develop strategies to improve equality of opportunity and diversity
*Manage national advertising campaigns
*Support the transition of new and leaving employees
*Advise managers on changing legislation and employment laws
Essential criteria for the Recruitment Manager include:
*Educated to degree level in a relevant field
*Extensive recruitment experience
*Experience of working in education or educational recruitment (desirable)
*Excellent organisation and communication skills
*CIPD membership or similar relevant HR qualification (desirable)
