Recovery Support Worker
3 part time roles available (20 hours per week), Fixed term contracts
London, Westminster
£20,987 pro rata

TPP's client, a leading charity in supporting people with mental health are seeking 3 part time Recovery Support Workers who are interested in developing their careers in the field of mental health and housing support.

The Recovery Support Workers will work closely with Housing Officers across Wandsworth and Westminster to help them to deliver a support service to vulnerable tenants with complex needs and mental health issues.

The successful candidates will work alongside tenants to help them develop their practical skills and gain independence. The job focuses on developing relationships and working in partnership with tenants to achieve specific tasks and goals according to their support plans.

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate a commitment to developing relationships with people with complex needs and ongoing mental health issues, excellent communication skills, experience of engaging with hard to reach people and have a positive attitude.

The role will be based out of our clients head office in Westminster but candidates will be expected to travel across Westminster and Wandsworth.
