A well-established health charity based in London is seeking a Receptionist/ Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will sit within the reception area of the charity working alongside one other. You will be responsible for all incoming calls for the charity and also pre booked visitors.
Main duties for the Receptionist/ Administrator:
To answer all incoming calls on the main telephone
Transfer calls and gate keep when required
Welcome all visitors
Manage deliveries- coordinate within teams
To sort and distribute all mail
Manage room bookings on the intranet
Order stationary as required
General office admin, filing, faxing, photocopying and franking
Support to the office manager when required
Essential criteria for the Receptionist/Administrator:
Proven experience of working within an administrative or customer service based role
Excellent telephone manner
Good typing skills
Can work on own initiative
Excellent attention to detail
