A well-established disability charity based in North Greenwich are seeking an experienced Receptionist to manage their front of house and assist the facilities director with ad hoc duties.

Main duties for the Receptionist:
To welcome visitors at the reception desk and refer to appropriate department
To answer all incoming calls for the charity
To deal with all incoming and outgoing post
To keep an overview of the booking system
To manage room bookings for meetings internally
Ensure that all office equipment is working and stationary is fully replenished
Ensure compliance within safe and safety regulations
To provide support and training when required around facilities and reception

Essential criteria for the Receptionist:
excellent communication skills
Customer service and reception experience
Excellent MS office skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Ability to deal with difficult visitors who maybe distressed
