A leading awarding body are recruiting for a Qualifications Operations Team Leader to manage the qualifications operation team and ensure the successful administration and delivery of regulated and non regulated qualifications.
As someone with experience of the full qualification lifecycle as well as the quality assurance processes around this (in particular Ofqual), you will manage the contribution and further development of 4 Qualifications Co-ordinators and occasional temporary staff as well as ensure the team meet internal and regulatory requirements.
If you are someone who wishes to go the extra mile and has had previous AO experience and is now looking for a role where you can take on line management responsibilities to ensure that SLAs are identified, implements and regualry reviewed for all aspects of service delivery
