A well-established NFP organisation are seeking a Project Administrator to join their team the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and have previous experience supporting projects within the NFP sector.
Main duties for the Project Administrator:
*To provide administrative support to the team
*Arranging and administering meetings
*Setting up and maintaining databases
*Handling enquiries within a timely manner
*Managing travel arrangements and coordination
*Provide finance with support
*Managing all claims and processing invoices
Essential criteria for the Project Administrator:
*Previous administration experience
*Experience of supporting project managers
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to collate information and reports
