Job Title: Private Receptionist/Administrator

Salary: £9.50 - £13phr (depending on experience)

Location: Based in Central London

Contract: Temporary or Permanent

Starting ASAP

 

Do you have experience working in a patient focussed role within the Private Healthcare sector? Are you seeking a new temporary or permanent job opportunity? 

TPP Healthcare is always working with prestigious Private Clinics within and outside of London, providing them with various levels of Reception/Administrative staff. As a valuable addition to the administrative team, your main duties include the following:

 

Meeting and greeting patients on arrival

Providing an excellent level of service and patient experience

Managing patient appointments using Clinic's computer systems

Handling invoices and payments

Maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times

Answering patient queries effectively over the phone and face to face

Administrative duties such as filing of patient notes etc.

 

This role will suit candidates who are passionate about providing excellent patient care, as well as candidates with an excellent and professional telephone manner.
