I am currently looking for a number of Private Medical Receptionists/Administrators to work within the most prestige clinics based in the London area for temporary and permanent roles.
The reception team are the first point of contact for all patients and visitors, therefore a professional, friendly and polite manner is essential in order to assist the smooth and efficient running of the clinics.
Job skills required:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Able to deliver clear and accurate information
Good attention to detail
Excellent telephone manner
Able to work as part of a small team
Ability to use own initiative
It is essential that the person will have at least 2 years administration/receptionist experience gained withinin a private healthcare setting.
