A highly prestigious and fast growing Private Clinic based on Harley street is currently seeking a Permanent Clinic Receptionist to join their friendly Front of House team.
Salary is from £22,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience.
The clinic is open 7.30am - 8.30pm on Mondays to Fridays and 7.30am and 6pm on Saturdays.
Therefore the successful candidate will need to be flexible to work different shifts based on the weekly rota organised by the Front of House manager (mixture of early and late shifts and some Saturdays as required).
Contract is 40hours a week in total.
Ideally you should have experience working within a private clinic setting to be considered for this position or should have experience providing first class service to high profile customers.
The main duties will involve Carrying out all front of house and some administrative duties that ensure the smooth running of the clinic such as welcoming patients to the clinic, responsibility for billing patients, opening and closing the clinic as required (depending on rota) amongst other duties.
Start date is dependent on availability of the right candidate but ideally by June 2017.
