A national charity are seeking an experienced Payroll and Benefits Executive to join their team. You will support the Payroll and Benefits Manager:

Main duties for the Payroll and Benefits Executive:
Process and reconcile payroll (over 1,200 staff)
Process and reconcile third party payments
Undertake year end processes
Prepare and produce information for the finance and HR department
Administer and process a range of staff benefits
Ensure process is in place for pension auto enrolment
Assist with the management and configuration of the HR and Payroll system (iTrent MidlandHR)
Manage all other administration for the team
First point of contact for queries to the team

Essential criteria for the Payroll and Benefits Executive:
In depth knowledge and understanding of payroll and benefits including payroll legislation
Strong experience of iTrent and MidlandHR
Excellent communication skills
Experience of creating reports from HR and Payroll system
Experience of benefits administration
