An exciting new role has come up with one our clients for a Patient Administrator in Notthingham:

Patient Administrator – £16, 000 - £16, 500

Full Time – 36 hours per week

Clinic Open hours (Monday- Sunday 7:00-21:00)            


Duties will include:-

  • Providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact, coordinating patient arrival, through to departure
  • Dealing with telephone and direct enquiries in an efficient manner
  • Tracing and distributing imaging data and reports to referrers ensuring that results are dispatched
  • Maintain stock control and be responsible for the purchase of consumables and supplies when required
  • You may also be required to type medical reports, utilising audio typing equipment, quickly and accurately
  • Must have effective communication, organisation and customer service skills
  • Communicate relevant information in a concise manner via email to internal and external customers
  • Continously mantain appropriate records and keep information up to date and relevant

Essential Requirements:-

  • Must be flexbile to work Monday-Sunday
  • Must have at least 1 years experience working as an administrator within a healthcare setting
