An established health organisation is seeking a Part Time Senior Administrator to join their small yet established team. The organisation requires you to work 3 days a week, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Main duties for the Part Time Senior Administrator:
Maintain the membership database
Assist with processing membership forms
Deal with enquiries relating to membership
Banking of incoming monies
Coordinating and attending events
Ability to use to SAGE to record registration income
General office duties
Essential criteria for the Part Time Administrator:
Excellent administration and communication skills
Previous experience of using CRM systems
Ability to travel up to 6 times a year with possible overnight stays
Ability to work to tight deadlines
