A well-established community based charity is seeking a HR Assistant to join their HR Manager on a part time basis of 1 day per week.
Main duties for the Part Time HR Assistant:
Induction of new starters and leavers
Preparing and issuing statements of terms and conditions
Managing the auto-enrolment pension scheme
Maintaining up to date staff records
Monitoring holidays and sickness
Issuing HR policies and procedures
Drafting letters regarding changes in terms and conditions
Drafting the quarterly report for trustees
Coordinating the staff appraisal process
Essential criteria for the Part Time HR Assistant:
Ideally working towards CIPD qualification
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent attention to detail
